A 30-year automotive research firm wanted to penetrate new markets.  Efficio was engaged to “test sell” existing syndicated and custom research services in the automotive aftermarket.  The client experienced a 3X return on its investment with Efficio services from the sales of its solutions to these new customers.  Efficio also implemented sales processes and sales tools.

Logistics technology firm – Decrease “ramp up time” for new sales personnel

A logistics and transportation management Application Service Provider received a new round of funding and required a rapid “ramp up” of their sales team.   Efficio developed and implemented a custom sales process and sales tools.  New sales people were equipped with the appropriate sales tools and training that reduced traditional ramp up time by 50%+.

Collaborative technology firm – Penetrate new markets

A collaborative communications technologies firm employed Efficio to “test sell” their technologies in the private sector.  Efficio conducted an intense, high value prospecting campaign in the commercial real estate market and sold the first Internet-based emergency communications system to a commercial property management firm.

Angel investors - Organizational assessment

A group of “Angel Investors” hired a team of professionals to analyze the viability of a software and supply chain professional services firm.  Efficio analyzed the existing sales organization:  its target markets; market penetration, sales infrastructure and sales skills.

eCommerce firm for premium publishers – Telesales organization pilot

An ecommerce, eMarketing firm that serves premium publishers hired Efficio to test both an incoming and outgoing telesales organization to determine any potential “uplift” on content revenues.  Efficio built the appropriate sales messages and scripts, conducted actual telesales to defined markets and tested a telesales technology solution.  Efficio’s detailed analysis and metrics enabled the client to make a “go – no go” decision to invest in a telesales organization and supporting technology.

Consulting and training firm – Ramp up sales & improve sales effectiveness

A noted drug free workplace consulting firm hired Efficio to help improve existing sales effectiveness and ramp up additional sales personnel.  Efficio implemented a solution based sales process, corresponding sales tools, sales training and mentoring.  Ramp up time was reduced by 50%+ over traditional training and mentoring.  Sales effectiveness for incumbent sales reps is anticipated to improve by 25%+ with the new process, tools, and training.

Document imaging firm - Sales and marketing management

A document imaging firm hired Efficio to manage the sales organization, reposition the company’s offerings from commodity services to high value solutions.  The portfolio was expanded to include document processing services and enterprise content management (ECM) software.  A solution selling sales process and complete sales tool library were implemented.  To reflect the firm’s new positioning, a new website was designed and implemented.  The company is now positioned to more effectively penetrate new markets and increase revenues.
