Sales Processes and Tools – Custom sales process and everyday tools to help sales reps call on the “right” buyers with the “right” message; quickly qualify prospects and advance the sale; and, identify and execute the “right” sales activity that leads to sales results.
Sales Management – Low cost, outsourced sales management for companies with one to three sales reps. Goal setting, accountability, and skills improvement are emphasized.
Sales Workshops – Intense, interactive workshops designed to teach and build a custom solution based sales process and tools for individual attendee companies. Workshops are conducted for a single company or a group of five or less companies.
Sales Assessments – Independent analysis of a company’s sales organization for investors, business owners and newly appointed executives. Analysis includes an evaluation of components such as sales organizational structure, compensation, talent, tools, and processes.
