Biographies

Cheryl McClellan, a sales and marketing professional with more than 20 years experience in business to business sales founded Efficio in 2004.  Her vision is to help small and mid size businesses quickly achieve sales results at lower cost. A noted sales process and tools expert, she leads Efficio's portfolio of services including sales tools and processes, sales management and mentoring, sales effectiveness workshops, and sales organizational assessments.  Her extensive sales background enables her to implement within her client companies sales management expertise, sales processes and tools most often found in larger, highly successful organizations. 

Prior to establishing Efficio, Cheryl sold products and services for GM/EDS, Eastman Kodak Company, GartnerGroup/Dataquest, Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, divine, and ECNext.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Cheryl is active in the central Ohio technology community and serves as Facilitator for two TechColumbus Executive Forums: Chief Sales Officer Forum and Chief Marketing Officer Forum.

Lori Crock, a professional marketing writer has more than 16 years experience in written communication.  Lori's communication philosophy is straightforward:  Say it simply.  Say it well. Say it often.  Her expertise and communication philosophy is essential to the development of compelling, effective sales tools and marketing collateral for Efficio clients.

Lori began her career as a technical writer with AT&T and Lucent.  Soon after, Lori launched her freelance writing career for notable companies including Sterling Software and Monsanto and non-profit organizations such as Denison University and the Columbus Diocese Vocations office.  Her most recent engagement included the development of web content, sales tools, and marketing collateral for a document imaging firm and technology membership organization.  Lori holds a Bachelors Degree in English and Technical Writing.
